Precision Strength & Conditioning for the Next Generation of Elite Athletes

In the Lakes Region, talent is high, but the difference between “playing" and “dominating" is systemic preparation. FORCE Youth Performance isn't a “boot camp"—it’s a laboratory for athletic evolution. We take the same precision used for elite operators and tailor it to the growing athlete. Our mission is simple: Build a more explosive, more durable, and more confident athlete who is ready for the varsity stage and beyond.

Tactical Seasons: In-Season vs. Off-Season

in-season: the sustainment phase

Objective: Durability & Peak Performance. We don't “grind" athletes during the season; we keep them sharp, mobile, and resilient.

Focus: Managing “Load." We coordinate with their game schedule to ensure they have their highest energy on Friday nights or Saturday mornings.

oFF-season: the construction phase

Objective: Structural Evolution. This is where we build the engine. We focus on raw power, explosive speed, and lean muscle mass.

Focus: Correcting biomechanical imbalances, increasing force production, and establishing “The FORCE Mindset."

Why Parents Choose FORCE

  • Injury Mitigation (The Priority): Most youth injuries are preventable. We focus on “pre-hab"—strengthening the joints, tendons, and movement patterns that are most at risk in sports like hockey, lacrosse, skiing, and football.

  • No “Junk Volume": We don't believe in “working hard" for the sake of it. Every rep is tracked, and every movement has a purpose. We train for transferable speed and power.

  • The “Special Ops" Mindset: We teach discipline, accountability, and the “Flight Lead" mentality. Your athlete learns to lead themselves before they lead their team.

  • Data-Driven Progress: For our older athletes (13-18), we use biometric tracking to ensure they aren't overtraining and are recovering properly between school, practice, and life.

TIER 1: FOUNDATION (9–12)

Focus: Athletic Literacy.

Before we add weight, we master movement. We focus on coordination, landing mechanics, and the “joy of the grind." We build the foundation that will support a decade of high-level sport.

As the athlete matures, the protocols become more specific to their sport (e.g., rotational power for baseball, lateral stability for hockey/skiing). We prepare them for the physical demands of college-level recruitment.

Focus: Power & Specialization.

TIER 2: PERFORMANCE (13–18)

invest in their durability

High-performance athletics is a marathon, not a sprint. Whether your athlete is looking to break into the starting lineup or eyeing a collegiate scholarship, they need a system that supports their ambition.
